Returns

You may return products within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is defective or damaged
• The product is different from what was ordered
• The product has a manufacturing fault

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or phone within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Include photos of damaged/defective products (if applicable)
4. Our team will review your request within 24 hours
5. If approved, we'll arrange for product pickup or visit our store

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received:

• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
• Refund will be made to the original payment method
• For cash on delivery orders, refund will be via mobile money or bank transfer
• You will receive confirmation when refund is processed

Exchange Policy

We also offer exchanges if you prefer:

• Exchange for a different product of equal or higher value
• Pay the difference if exchanging for a higher-priced item
• We'll refund the difference if exchanging for a lower-priced item

Warranty Claims

Many of our products come with manufacturer warranty:

• Smartphones: 12-24 month manufacturer warranty
• Accessories: 3-6 month warranty
• For warranty claims, contact us with your proof of purchase
• We'll help you process warranty claims with the manufacturer

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

1. Contact us immediately upon delivery
2. Provide photos of the damage/defect
3. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund
4. No additional cost for replacement of damaged items
